On behalf of the Bike Down To I Town committee we want to first of all express our compassion for your cause and thank you for giving both your time and money to help others. We receive numerous requests weekly and sometimes daily to handout information, sell t-shirts, raffle items, auction off pies, etc. In order to continue to promote a family friendly event and avoid interrupting our guests, we have been forced due to the shear number of requests to take the following action. No group or individual will be allowed to solicit any of the guests, radio announcers, band or vendors at the community’s Bike Night event. Sorry if this creates a hardship for any individual or group, but no exceptions can or will be allowed so as to treat everyone equally.
