RULES AND REQUIREMENTS
Our goal is to provide a variety of food and/or beverages to attendees:

• Vendors/exhibitors must be present with their food or items throughout the event.

• Each exhibitor and vendor is responsible for the cleanup of his or her booth and surrounding area.

• Refunds will not be given for cancellations or inclement weather.

• The Supporters of Indianola committee reserves the right to reject any application it considers unsuitable and may ask any vendor failing to meet these requirements to withdraw or remove their booth.

• Vendors and exhibitors may not have music playing at their booths.

• Vendors must provide their own display, draped tables and/or tents or shelters. Spaces will be provided based on the measurements provided by the vendor/exhibitor on the application.

• No set up for food vendors or exhibitors unless they are previously registered and approved.

• Preference will be given to local vendors selling a variety of items.

• Copy of Food Service Establishment License

• Copy of Iowa Sales Tax Permit

• Copy of Certificate of Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 liability coverage. (also listing The City of Indianola and The Supporters of Indianola as Additional Insured
