INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Effective September 1, 2006
“Inclement Weather”
shall mean the existence of abnormal climatic conditions by virtue of
which it is either not reasonable or not safe for public and participants.
When
inclement weather threatens the
Warren County area, Bike Down To I
Town will respond in the following
manner:

During the threat of
Inclement Weather,
a cancellation notice will be
placed on the Bike Down To I Town
website by 4:00 p.m.

LIGHTNING STRIKE ALERT: All outdoor
activities must stop upon the
first sighting of lightning. The site must be cleared immediately of all
persons.

Safety of the public and participants is
the most important factor in
any decision of this type.
